build: serve the web app from the repo root (free static Space path)
Juan Jimenez Carrero +1: Claude Fable 5Both app_build_command and app_file require paid build credits on static Spaces, so deploy the classic way: built index.html + assets/ at the repo root (replaces the old landing page). web/dist is untracked again; 'npm run deploy:root' in web/ rebuilds and refreshes the root copies.
